Workshop calls for adoption of Freedom of Information principles (Versi BM and Mandarin available)

The first steps to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) have been taken. Participants at a two-day workshop in Kuala Lumpur agreed on a statement of principles that any FOIA needs to include. The organisers are calling for groups to endorse the principles. See the text for those principles in detail.

Memorandum on third anniversary of the Nanyang takeover
