The first steps to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) have been taken. Participants at a two-day workshop in Kuala Lumpur agreed on a statement of principles that any FOIA needs to include. The Diplomacy Training Program, affiliated with the Faculty of Law at
the University of New South Wales, Australia is calling for
applications for its Migrant Workers Training Program. This will be
